Larry Jutte

Larry Jutte has more than 35 years’ experience in executive leadership with Lean Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, JV’s and startups.


Today Jutte is Chairmen of the Board for Direct Scripts LLC, a Columbus, Ohio start-up.


After joining EG Industries, a traditional automotive plastics supplier, in March of 2010. Jutte set out to diversify its customer base in its core competencies by brining to the medical industries a “Vertical Innovation” business model from product development through finished devices. The company grew from 400 million in revenue in 2010 to well over 700 million in revenue today. This growth came organically, and through strategic acquisitions all orchestrated with bank financing.


Within a 5-year window EG Industries has positioned itself to be the partner of choice for Design, Development, Prototype, thorough manufacturing in plastic injection molding and assembly. After retiring in 2018 Jutte remains an EG Industries Shareholder today.


Jutte retired from Honda in 2009 after 24 years. Jutte then joined the board of Cooper Standard Automotive from 2010-2015, during this time the company was taken public. NYSE “CPS”. Also, for a period of 10 years Jutte was a member of the board of directors for Koenig Equipment, a family owned company.


Jutte joined Honda in 1985 and lead many aspects of the company as senior vice president at Honda of America Mfg. and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He served on the Honda of America Operations Committee, Board of Directors of Honda Engineering North America, and Honda North America Board of Directors. Jutte provided direction to Honda’s North American Operations and the North American Green Factory environmental program. Jutte remains a Honda Shareholder today.


Jutte is an advocate for “Competing Globally Locally” utilizing enterprise excellence tools in all aspects of business. He sat on the advisory board for Ohio State University’s Center for International Business Education & Research (CIBER)


Giving back to the community, with board work at Shelby County United Way, President of the board for Big Brothers & Sisters in Shelby county, Wilson Memorial Hospital Board, Columbus 2020 as well continuing to support other community initiatives.


Jutte holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Born in Coldwater, Ohio, Jutte resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife Quetta.
